If the residual solution remains in the side tube for a long time, the physicochemical properties and pharmacological effects of the drug may change, such as discoloration, precipitation, failure or toxicity enhancement.

2. Improper preparation of skin test solution
When preparing the skin test solution, use a 1ml syringe to pump 0.1ml of the drug solution, then pump normal saline to 1m1, mix it well, and dilute it for different times according to the concentration requirements of the drug skin test solution. According to this operation, without changing the needle, the actual concentration of skin test solution is 0.17m1 (0.07m1 for needle and nipple), the concentration of scalp test solution is 0.19m1 (0.09mL for needle and nipple), 0.20ml (0.1ml for needle and nipple) and 0.21ml (0.11ml for needle and nipple) respectively, The concentration of the original solution of the skin test solution is much higher than the standard dose of 0.1ml.
